4th Class Power Engineer

Job Type:

Shift work, 12 hours days and nights.

Position Overview:

The 4th Class Power Engineer will be accountable for meeting and exceeding facility goals, which includes production, product quality, loss control and environmental issues.


  • Ensure equipment is used safely, effectively and efficiently to maximize production and product quality. Particular attention paid to time management, quality of work, and cleanup.
  • Understand and operate equipment and all aspects of the plant operation
  • Must be able to follow company policies and procedures, competency based training programs as taught by the senior personnel.
  • Responsible for timely and accurate completion of all paperwork generated by their daily duties.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Perform highly diversified duties to install, maintain and troubleshoot equipment.
  • Maintain inventory control system
  • Other responsibilities as determined by the management or senior leaders.


  • 4th Class Power Engineering Trade Certification
  • The ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Mechanical Aptitude would be an asset
