CREATIVITY REIGNS AT COLLECTIVE ARTS.

We’re proud to formally introduce Collective Project: A liquid jam session where the brewers at Collective Arts let their imaginations run wild. They create limited, single-batch craft beers, showcasing their brewing chops and elevating the art of craft brewing.

So far, we’ve had two limited-release unique brews under the Collective Project umbrella:

Black IPA: Smooth with a dry finish and some lingering hop bitterness. Primary notes of citrus orange and grapefruit are prevalent. The Galaxy, Mosaic and Simcoe hops are nicely balanced, with tropical fruit and background hints of chocolate and roast. 6.8% ALC./VOL.

Boo! Sour Pumpkin Saison: The first in the series, Boo! is a Belgian farmhouse saison brewed with pumpkin purée and spices to celebrate the fall harvest. A tart and spiced nose is followed by subtle yet distinct notes of of pumpkin pie and breaded apple caramel pudding with just enough tartness. 5.3% ALC./VOL.

We’re very conscious of quality in the way we make our beers, and pride ourselves in letting our brewers test the limits of their creative abilities. Stay tuned for the next batch.

  1. Is the Black IPA available for sale at your beer store. My husband tried it at Burlington Beerfest last week and i would like to get him some more. Can you also provide hours for the store- I know where you are.
