What kind of artwork is Collective Arts Brewing looking for?

How will the artwork be used?
We are looking for original artwork in any media, including but not limited to art, photography, music, music videos or video shorts (all referred to below as “artwork”).
To be considered, artwork must be a single work of original art derived from an original concept created by the entrant, to which the entrant has title. In addition, the submitted artwork must not:
- Contain obscene, provocative, defamatory, sexually explicit or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate content.
- Have been previously featured in any promotional campaign or otherwise in connection with any beer or alcoholic beverage manufacturer or retailer;
Selected artwork will be printed on Collective Arts Brewing beer bottle/can labels/coasters for up to eighteen months. In addition, artwork may be published on the Collective Arts Brewing website and Facebook or Twitter pages as well as other Collective Arts Brewing promotional items.
Will I still own my artwork?
Yes. Entrants retain all rights, title, and interest in the artwork. Collective Arts Brewing is simply granted a license to use the artwork in connection with the production of beer labels, and publication on the Collective Arts Brewing website and promotional materials.
Will I receive compensation if my artwork is selected?
Will my artwork be altered in any way?
It is possible that your artwork may need to be altered in order to meet the practical demands of printing it on beer bottle labels (for example, scaling, cropping and colour). For this reason, we ask entrants to waive their moral rights in the artwork. However, Collective Arts Brewing endeavours to maintain the integrity and spirit of all selected artwork.”
What about media exposure?
It is anticipated that this unique project will generate significant media attention, and Collective Arts Brewing wants to make sure that the entrants get to take full advantage of this attention. As a result, we ask that entrants grant Collective Arts Brewing the right to use the entrantʼs name, likeness, location of residence and selected artwork in any publicity carried out by Collective Arts Brewing.
What if Iʼm in a band?
Artwork created by a band may be submitted, however, only a single entrant may be designated on the entry form (though the entire group may be credited). The designated entrant must take legal responsibility for all other members of the group.
What format should the artwork be in?
All entrants must submit a label image at 1800×1800px in .jpg or .png formats in RGB color format.
In the case of original music videos or video shorts, the entrant must also include a link to a downloadable 1280×720 HD video. Acceptable links will reference videos stored on FTP sites, Vimeo, or Youtube.
In the case of original music, entrants must provide an .mp3 or link to a downloadable music video, in
addition to a label image the file formats described above.
