Our Second Home: Stowe, Vermont

So by now you probably know we are rooted in our hometown of Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. Our brewery, taproom and beer store live in this bustling city we love to call home. Hamilton’s artistic renaissance has been a warm welcome to the creative junkie in us, and although we will always be part of this inspiring community, we are also part of a few others.

One of our Co-Founders, Bob Russell has brought his design and branding expertise to many parts of the world, including Toronto, Boston and where he resides full time in Stowe, Vermont. Here the Collective Arts creative team coordinate our global calls for art, produce everything from our can designs, our company brand, and web and mobile sites. On any day at the Stowe design studio you would run into Ryan Thibault, a notorious mountain biker (stereotypical Vermonter, eh?) who’s a genius in all creative pursuits, and Sam Young, the Vermont state representative for Glover and web expert at Collective Arts. Some may wonder how this cross-country design team communication works, and for that we have one word: Skype.

This week, Collective Arts brews became available in Vermont. So as you can imagine, the Vermont team is pretty happy to get their favourite beer just down the street. We kicked off the week with our launch party, tastings and tap-takeovers and are very excited to bring Art + Brewing to our second home.
