"Dalliance: a fleeting or casual relationship." While our relationship with Matron brewing is neither fleeting nor casual, we teamed up with our Ontario friends to make this Kveik Pale Ale. Dalliance is a truly unique, delicate blend of beer styles and flavours. KRISPY Kveik yeast blurs the lines between ale and lager, imparting a clean yet flavourful character. Ontario grown malt from Barn Owl Maltsters lends a delicious farmhouse quality. Finally, a blend of local and Oregon grown Chinook hops gives the beer a delicate citrus and pine backbone.
