Our friend Pat Howell, the Head Brewer at Blood Brothers and a former Collective Arts Brewer, recently got married. So to celebrate, we teamed up with the Blood Brothers crew for this beer inspired by the classic Raspberry, Lemon and Vanilla Wedding Cake. We used real raspberry puree, a touch of vanilla, and Meyer lemons, which are much sweeter than your typical lemon, to make this balanced, smooth sour that's bursting with flavour.
