Discover new music with Audio/Visual. This collaborative series celebrates the intersection of art, music and beer, featuring a record label, four bands and one visual artist. Every three months, the bands, the record label and the artist will switch, making room for continued discovery of emerging music of all genres. Audio/Visual Lager is super refreshing, making it the ideal beer for concerts, green rooms, backyards or wherever you tune in. Audio/Visual is brewed with pilsner malt and brown rice and cold aged for 4 weeks for the most refreshingly clean, and crisp finish possible. We use Wai-iti hops for fresh notes of lime and mandarin citrus, rounding out this traditional style into a benchmark lager.
Saint of Circumstance
4.7% ABV • 19 IBU • Collective Arts Brewing •
Saint of Circumstance is our go-to, easy drinking, any occasion brew. We started by creating this tasty blonde ale using wheat for its lemony flavour and added Citra, Centennial and Amarillo hops. We took it to a whole new level by adding the zest of seasonal citrus. The result, a remarkably refreshing and balanced citrus blonde ale.
4.1% ABV • Collective Arts Brewing •
This hugely flavourful, yet extremely sessionable Double Dry-Hopped IPA is made with 16 grams per litre of Amarillo, Citra, Mosaic and Centennial hops. Citrus and Tropical fruit notes dominate, but is also balanced with a smooth body that makes this one super easy drinking IPA.
Ransack the Universe
6.8% ABV • 85 IBU • Collective Arts Brewing •
Galaxy hops from Myrtleford, Victoria in Australia and Mosaic hops from Yakima, Washington, USA, deliver aromas and flavours of tropical fruits, mango and citrus. Light malt body lets the hops shine through, and finishes crisp but not bitter. A hemispheric hop mashup.
Life in the Clouds
6.1% ABV • 50 IBU • Collective Arts Brewing •
Life in the Clouds is our flagship New England style IPA. After experimenting with the Collective Seasonal HAZY IPA we dialed in the Simcoe and Mosaic hops and malt balance to optimize this juicy IPA's pleasantly fruit forward (think citrus and melon) taste and aroma. In keeping with the nouveau NEIPA tradition, Life in the Clouds is an unfiltered beer, neither overly-sweet nor bitter, with a pillowy mouth feel. Crack one, pour it in a glass, take a whiff, hold it up the the light and take a sip! Don't you agree?
Surround Sound: Enigma
8.2% ABV • Collective Arts Brewing •
Surround Sound: Enigma, the latest version of our rotating-hops DDH DIPA, showcases some truly unique hops from around the world. Enigma from Australia, Moutere from New Zealand, and Simcoe from the US. The result is a beautifully intense bouquet and flavours of tropical fruit, passionfruit, ripe berries and citrus. We dose all of our Surround Sound DDH DIPAs at 20 g/l of hops to impart an insane hop experience. Surround Sound is our flagship, rotating hop DIPA. The ever-rotating line up of hops allows us to use the freshest and most fun hops on the market. What’s constant is the generous dose of double dry-hopping, which makes for a super juicy hop-bomb IPA. Art: Daniel Ferrer Peralta
Stranger Than Fiction
Prophets & Nomads
4.5% ABV • 12 IBU • Collective Arts Brewing •
Our Gose is an unfiltered wheat beer made with malted wheat. This creates a unique cloudy yellow colour and provides a refreshing crispness and twang. Our Gose has a low hop bitterness and features coriander and Himalayan salt, adding hints of complementary dryness, spice and a touch of sharpness to the beer.

To all our Collective Seasonal Dry Hop Sour fans, we heard you. This brew is now part of our year-round lineup! IPA 11 is all about balance. We took Idaho 7 hops, bursting with big tropical fruit notes, and paired it with a favourite: good ol’ citrusy Mosaic. Next we added lactose to balance out all those big hop flavours and give this super flavourful Double Dry-Hopped IPA a silky smooth mouthfeel. Art: Mystery Meat Design, Toronto, Ontario, Canada
6.9% ABV • Collective Arts Brewing •
The 12th in our IPA series here! IPA 12's juicy bouquet showcases the best of New Zealand’s Nelson Sauvin hops, married with American Mosaic to produce notes of Crushed gooseberry, white grapes, red berries and blueberries. Dry hopped at an abundant rate of 16 grams per litre.

Pouring a beautiful soft cloudy pink and smelling of a tropical vacation, our Guava Gose is like a sour mashed wheat beer dosed with the largest and freshest batch of guava we could get away with. The base Gose (pronounced: Goes-ah) has a balanced lemony tartness from the presence of malted wheat, Himalayan pink sea salt and coriander with a flowery bright smoothness from guava. The end result is a perfect balance of tart, sweet, and sour, leaving you refreshed and wanting more.

Blueberry Sour W/ Cacao
5.6% ABV • Collective Arts Brewing •
Rich, chocolatey flavours typically belong to porters and stouts. We're throwing you a curveball; a rich, chocolatey...sour. It may sound strange - until you try it. Our winter seasonal sour features sweet blueberries and decadent cocoa, balanced with just the right amount of tart acidity.
Barrel Aged Imperial Porter
11.5% ABV • Collective Arts Brewing •
A super-charged version of our Imperial Porter. Origin of Darkness – Siren Collab
9.6% ABV • Collective Arts Brewing •
Sound the alarm – for the first time ever in our Barrel-Aged program, we’re using RUM! Siren Craft Brew from England wanted to create something that exemplified the sweet rich flavours of dark stone fruit, so after 6 months in 10-year-old South American Rum barrels we added Prunes, Raisins and Dates to a Baltic Porter base. Think sticky toffee pudding, like Nan used to make.
Origin of Darkness – Voodoo Collab
11.5% ABV • Collective Arts Brewing •
21 months. That’s how long this Imperial Stout aged in Bourbon Barrels. If it were a child it would be stringing two-word sentences together by now. And you know what it would say? “F*cking delicious.” Collaborating with Voodoo Brewing from Pennsylvania, we used Cocoa Nibs and Cassia Bark (also known as Chinese Cinnamon) to give this beer some deep chocolate flavours and a sweet spice.
Origin of Darkness – CR/AK Collab
8.4% ABV • Collective Arts Brewing •
Holy Cannoli, did we whip up something delicious with Italian brewery CR/AK. We threw real, bakery-fresh Cannoli and a massive amount of chocolate into the mash of this Imperial Stout. After about a year of aging, the flavours of pastry and chocolate marry perfectly with the deep vanilla and oak of the bourbon barrels. Mamma Mia, delizioso.
