Discover new music with Audio/Visual. This collaborative series celebrates the intersection of art, music and beer, featuring a record label, four bands and one visual artist. Every three months, the bands, the record label and the artist will switch, making room for continued discovery of emerging music of all genres. Audio/Visual Lager is super refreshing, making it the ideal beer for concerts, green rooms, backyards or wherever you tune in. Audio/Visual is brewed with pilsner malt and brown rice and cold aged for 4 weeks for the most refreshingly clean, and crisp finish possible. We use Wai-iti hops for fresh notes of lime and mandarin citrus to round out this easy drinking lager.
Saint of Circumstance
4.7% ABV • 19 IBU • Collective Arts Brewing •
Saint of Circumstance is our go-to, easy drinking, any occasion brew. We started by creating this tasty blonde ale using wheat for its lemony flavour and added Citra, Centennial and Amarillo hops. We took it to a whole new level by adding the zest of seasonal citrus. The result, a remarkably refreshing and balanced citrus blonde ale.
4.1% ABV • Collective Arts Brewing •
This hugely flavourful, yet extremely sessionable Double Dry-Hopped IPA is made with 16 grams per litre of Amarillo, Citra, Mosaic and Centennial hops. Citrus and Tropical fruit notes dominate, but is also balanced with a smooth body that makes this one super easy drinking IPA.

Surround Sound: Enigma, the latest version of our rotating-hops DDH DIPA, showcases some truly unique hops from around the world. Enigma from Australia, Moutere from New Zealand, and Simcoe from the US. The result is a beautifully intense bouquet and flavours of tropical fruit, passionfruit, ripe berries and citrus. We dose all of our Surround Sound DDH DIPAs at 20 g/l of hops to impart an insane hop experience. Surround Sound is our flagship, rotating hop DIPA. The ever-rotating line up of hops allows us to use the freshest and most fun hops on the market. What’s constant is the generous dose of double dry-hopping, which makes for a super juicy hop-bomb IPA. Art: Daniel Ferrer Peralta

Prophets & Nomads
4.5% ABV • 12 IBU • Collective Arts Brewing •
Our Gose is an unfiltered wheat beer made with malted wheat. This creates a unique cloudy yellow colour and provides a refreshing crispness and tang. Prophets & Nomads has a low hop bitterness and features coriander and Himalayan salt, adding hints of complementary dryness, spice and a touch of sharpness to the beer.
Jam Up The Mash

Blueberry Sour W/ Cacao
5.6% ABV • Collective Arts Brewing •
Rich, chocolatey flavours typically belong to porters and stouts. We're throwing you a curveball; a rich, chocolatey...sour. It may sound strange - until you try it. Our winter seasonal sour features sweet blueberries and decadent cocoa, balanced with just the right amount of tart acidity.
6% ABV • Collective Arts Brewing •
The newest sibling in our Sour Series is a massive flavour-combo explosion that will get you in the mood for warmer weather. Tropical Alphonso mango and bright, juicy tangerine is a perfect combination of sweet and sour that will help pull you out of the winter doldrums and brighten your day!
All The Things
7.2% ABV • Collective Arts Brewing •
All the Things ain’t no small thing. Together with Southern Grist Brewing out of Nashville we brewed a massive and flavourful stout using not one, not two, but SIX of our favourite decadent ingredients; Banana, Pistachio, Chocolate, Vanilla, Cardamom, and Lactose. Why drink a beer with some of the things, when you can have ALL the Things? Enjoy!
Loud and Clear
5.5% ABV • Collective Arts Brewing •
Loud and Clear Tart Cherry Stout was 100% brewed by women; from the recipe to the brew day to the art on the can. On February 12th we even invited women from all over Hamilton into the brewery to learn more about the brewing process, and lend a hand! This lightly soured stout has a perfect balance of tart cherries and beautiful roasty notes of dark malts. We threw in some Dutch chocolate to amp up the chocolatey flavour and add a touch of sweetness. Proceeds from the sale of this beer will be donated to YWCA Hamilton and the Native Women’s Centre. Special thanks to BSG for donating hops to help make this beer happen!

Origin of Darkness – Siren Collab
9.6% ABV • Collective Arts Brewing •
Sound the alarm – for the first time ever in our Barrel-Aged program, we’re using RUM! Siren Craft Brew from England wanted to create something that exemplified the sweet rich flavours of dark stone fruit, so after 6 months in 10-year-old South American Rum barrels we added Prunes, Raisins and Dates to a Baltic Porter base. Think sticky toffee pudding, like Nan used to make.
Origin of Darkness – CR/AK Collab
8.4% ABV • Collective Arts Brewing •
Holy Cannoli, did we whip up something delicious with Italian brewery CR/AK. We threw real, bakery-fresh Cannoli and a massive amount of chocolate into the mash of this Imperial Stout. After about a year of aging, the flavours of pastry and chocolate marry perfectly with the deep vanilla and oak of the bourbon barrels. Mamma Mia, delizioso.
Origin of Darkness – Voodoo Collab
11.5% ABV • Collective Arts Brewing •
21 months. That’s how long this Imperial Stout aged in Bourbon Barrels. If it were a child it would be stringing two-word sentences together by now. And you know what it would say? “F*cking delicious.” Collaborating with Voodoo Brewing from Pennsylvania, we used Cocoa Nibs and Cassia Bark (also known as Chinese Cinnamon) to give this beer some deep chocolate flavours and a sweet spice.
