Belgian Wits are traditionally brewed with orange peel and coriander, so to add a flavourful and modern twist on a classic we enlisted the help of our pals at Genuine Tea. Cautionary Tale is back! We first brewed this New England Style IPA as a small-batch experiment at our Toronto brewery and you liked it so much we thought we'd make it again. Combining classic, new-school and experimental hops, this beer boasts a wildly complex flavour profile from the combo of old-favourite Citra, recent-upstart Sabro, and HBC 472 — an American hop so new it doesn't even have a name yet. Coconut and lychee aromas mingle with hints of oak and a smooth creaminess from the experimental HBC 472.

Roads Travelled

lager

3.9% ABV • Collective Arts Brewing •

We’ve travelled through Europe by exploring different brewing styles and our latest small-batch creation has taken us to Austria. Roads Travelled is an Abzug - historically, an amber, sessionable Vienna style lager. "Abzug" is a German word that roughly translates to "reduced" which is why Abzug Lagers are typically lighter, refreshing, and easy drinking. Made with a blend of heritage Vienna Malts, this beer was brewed with a traditional double decoction mash and layered 5 weeks to give a rounded malty flavour. Bask in aromas and notes of whole grain bread, honey, and a subtle hint of spice from Saaz hops.

porter

9.6% ABV • Collective Arts Brewing •

BALTIC PORTER AGED IN COGNAC BARRELS, W/ PLUMS About 7,000 KM and the Atlantic Ocean separate us from our friends at Brewery from Estonia. But geography doesn’t mean a thing when kindred brewing spirits come together! We put a Baltic Porter base into freshly emptied XO Cognac barrels from France to age for 9 months. After that we added plums to elevate the sweet stone fruit character. This beer exemplifies the beautifully deep, sweet, and rich cognac flavours. Pour a glass and curl up in front of a roaring fire, you fancy f*ck.
