Discover new music with Audio/Visual. This collaborative series celebrates the intersection of art, music and beer, featuring a record label, four bands and one visual artist. Every three months, the bands, the record label and the artist will switch, making room for continued discovery of emerging music of all genres. Audio/Visual Lager is super refreshing, making it the ideal beer for concerts, green rooms, backyards or wherever you tune in. Audio/Visual is brewed with pilsner malt and brown rice and cold aged for 4 weeks for the most refreshingly clean, and crisp finish possible. We use Wai-iti hops for fresh notes of lime and mandarin citrus to round out this easy drinking lager.
Saint of Circumstance
4.7% ABV • 19 IBU • Collective Arts Brewing •
Saint of Circumstance is our go-to, easy drinking, any occasion brew. We started by creating this tasty blonde ale using wheat for its lemony flavour and added Citra, Centennial and Amarillo hops. We took it to a whole new level by adding the zest of seasonal citrus. The result, a remarkably refreshing and balanced citrus blonde ale.
4.1% ABV • Collective Arts Brewing •
This hugely flavourful, yet extremely sessionable Double Dry-Hopped IPA is made with 16 grams per litre of Amarillo, Citra, Mosaic and Centennial hops. Citrus and Tropical fruit notes dominate, but is also balanced with a smooth body that makes this one super easy drinking IPA.
Ransack the Universe
Life in the Clouds
6.1% ABV • 50 IBU • Collective Arts Brewing •
Fall into the rich embrace of this New England style IPA. Simcoe and Mosaic hops balance each other to make this juicy IPA explosively fruit forward in both taste and aroma while curbing any unbearable sweetness to make an extremely drinkable beer. The huge mouth feel ensures all of your tastebuds are enveloped in a blanket of tropical bliss, paradise in a can.
Surround Sound: Azacca
8.2% ABV • Collective Arts Brewing •
The newest version of our Surround Sound DIPA features the beautiful Azacca hop, known for its intense tropical fruit and citrus notes. We then use the complementary Amarillo and Comet hops which impart their own wild amount of bright citrus and dank, tropical fruit notes. We dose all of our Surround Sound DDH DIPAs at 20g/l of hops grown at Crosby Hops to impart an insane hop experience. Surround Sound is our flagship, rotating hop DIPA. The ever-rotating line up of hops allows us to use the freshest and most fun hops on the market. What’s constant is the generous dose of double dry-hopping, which makes for a super juicy hop-bomb IPA.
Stranger Than Fiction
Rhyme & Reason
5.7% ABV • 55 IBU • Collective Arts Brewing •
Our ʻRhyme & Reasonʼ Citra Pale Ale showcases the very best hops have to offer, but at only 5.7% abv. It’s far more sessionable than your typical American IPA. The flavour and aroma of Citra, Centennial, Chinook and Simcoe hops prevail without excessive bitterness for maximum drinkability. Malt sweetness in the background complements the hops for a crisp finish that will make you keep going back for more!
Radio The Mothership
8.5% ABV • 100 IBU • Collective Arts Brewing •
Fruity, bitter hops, berry, mango, peach; a wonderful interplay between the earthy bitterness, the nuanced fruity berry character, and the piney funky tropical depth. The resinous character of the hops shows through in a tongue-coating mouth feel. You’ll really feel saturated by all the hops. Delicious.
Jam Up The Mash
5.2% ABV • 35 IBU • Collective Arts Brewing •
After the never ending battle between the hop heads and sour lovers we decided to appease the two. Using Vic Secret, Mosaic, and Citra hops this brew is juicy, sour and extremely refreshing. Sour & hops in perfect, thirst quenching, harmony!
4.9% ABV • Collective Arts Brewing •
Pouring a beautiful soft cloudy pink and smelling of a tropical vacation, our Guava Gose is like a sour mashed wheat beer dosed with the largest batch of guava we could get away with. The base Gose has a balanced lemony tartness from the presence of malted wheat, Himalayan pink sea salt and coriander with a flowery bright smoothness from guava. The end result is a perfect balance of tart, sweet, and sour, leaving you refreshed and wanting more.
Blood Orange & Hibiscus
5.8% ABV • Collective Arts Brewing •
The latest edition of our Sour Series aims to brighten our mood and welcome in the warmer weather. Succulent, sweet blood oranges are paired with deliciously tart hibiscus petals, yielding a stunningly brilliant bright red liquid with a fresh, juicy flavour and aroma. Perfect for relaxing and basking in sunny days!

Belgian Wits are traditionally brewed with orange peel and coriander, so to add a flavourful and modern twist on a classic we enlisted the help of our pals at Genuine Tea. We replaced the orange peel with another classic - Earl Grey. Made with the oil of Bergamot Orange citrus, the tea gives this beer a unique flavour while honouring the classic beer style.
Dry Hopped Blonde
4.8% ABV • Collective Arts Brewing •
Our Dry-Hopped Blonde bridges the gap between your standard, everyday Blonde Ale and a hop-forward, juicy & hazy Pale Ale. Light and refreshing notes of Grapefruit citrus, tropical fruits and floral elements are present but don’t overwhelm, resulting in an eminently drinkable summer beer. Art: Mathieu Bureau, Montréal QC
Collective Arts Fest Pineapple Vanilla
6% ABV • Collective Arts Brewing •
We’re celebrating our annual Collective Arts Fest with the ultimate summer IPA; loaded with delicious pineapple, creamy lactose and sweet vanilla. To ramp up the punch of pineapple flavour and aroma, we’re dry hopping this brew with 14g/L Sultana hops, renowned for their bright pineapple character. The result is an insanely refreshing IPA.
Barrel Aged Imperial Porter
11.5% ABV • Collective Arts Brewing •
A super-charged version of our Imperial Porter. Aged in Kentucky bourbon barrels for over a year, this new beer delivers a smooth combination of rich chocolate flavours from our Imperial porter, married with vanilla and warming alcohol from the barrels. Coming in at 11.5% ABV, in 500ml bottles – this one will warm you up this winter, or cellar it for next year! Beautiful Art tube packaging with a poster print of Kait Cooper's art. Origin of Darkness – Siren Collab
9.6% ABV • Collective Arts Brewing •
Sound the alarm – for the first time ever in our Barrel-Aged program, we’re using RUM! Siren Craft Brew from England wanted to create something that exemplified the sweet rich flavours of dark stone fruit, so after 6 months in 10-year-old South American Rum barrels we added Prunes, Raisins and Dates to a Baltic Porter base. Think sticky toffee pudding, like Nan used to make.
Origin of Darkness – CR/AK Collab
8.4% ABV • Collective Arts Brewing •
Holy Cannoli, did we whip up something delicious with Italian brewery CR/AK. We threw real, bakery-fresh Cannoli and a massive amount of chocolate into the mash of this Imperial Stout. After about a year of aging, the flavours of pastry and chocolate marry perfectly with the deep vanilla and oak of the bourbon barrels. Mamma Mia, delizioso.
Origin of Darkness – Voodoo Collab
11.5% ABV • Collective Arts Brewing •
21 months. That’s how long this Imperial Stout aged in Bourbon Barrels. If it were a child it would be stringing two-word sentences together by now. And you know what it would say? “F*cking delicious.” Collaborating with Voodoo Brewing from Pennsylvania, we used Cocoa Nibs and Cassia Bark (also known as Chinese Cinnamon) to give this beer some deep chocolate flavours and a sweet spice.
