Discover new music with Audio/Visual. This collaborative series celebrates the intersection of art, music and beer, featuring a record label, four bands and one visual artist. Every three months, the bands, the record label and the artist will switch, making room for continued discovery of emerging music of all genres. Audio/Visual Lager is super refreshing, making it the ideal beer for concerts, green rooms, backyards or wherever you tune in. Audio/Visual is brewed with pilsner malt and brown rice and cold aged for 4 weeks for the most refreshingly clean, and crisp finish possible. We use Wai-iti hops for fresh notes of lime and mandarin citrus to round out this easy drinking lager.

Saint of Circumstance

Saint of Circumstance is our go-to, easy drinking, any occasion brew. We started by creating this tasty blonde ale using wheat for its lemony flavour and added Citra, Centennial and Amarillo hops. We took it to a whole new level by adding the zest of seasonal citrus. The result, a remarkably refreshing and balanced citrus blonde ale.

This hugely flavourful, yet extremely sessionable Double Dry-Hopped IPA is made with 16 grams per litre of Amarillo, Citra, Mosaic and Centennial hops. Citrus and Tropical fruit notes dominate, but is also balanced with a smooth body that makes this one super easy drinking IPA.

Our ʻRhyme & Reasonʼ Citra Pale Ale showcases the very best hops have to offer, but at only 5.7% abv. It’s far more sessionable than your typical American IPA. The flavour and aroma of Citra, Centennial, Chinook and Simcoe hops prevail without excessive bitterness for maximum drinkability. Malt sweetness in the background complements the hops for a crisp finish that will make you keep going back for more!

Simcoe and Mosaic hops balance each other to make this juicy IPA explosively fruit forward in both taste and aroma while curbing any unbearable sweetness to make an extremely drinkable beer. The huge mouth feel ensures all of your tastebuds are enveloped in a blanket of tropical bliss, paradise in a can.

Surround Sound: Azacca

The newest version of our Surround Sound DIPA features the beautiful Azacca hop, known for its intense tropical fruit and citrus notes. We then use the complementary Amarillo and Comet hops which impart their own wild amount of bright citrus and dank, tropical fruit notes. We dose all of our Surround Sound DDH DIPAs at 20g/l of hops grown at Crosby Hops to impart an insane hop experience. Surround Sound is our flagship, rotating hop DIPA. The ever-rotating line up of hops allows us to use the freshest and most fun hops on the market. What’s constant is the generous dose of double dry-hopping, which makes for a super juicy hop-bomb IPA.⁠ ⁠

The latest version of our Surround Sound DIPA features a hop we are extremely excited about; the fragrant Lotus hop is known in the brewing world for its intense notes of orange and vanilla. We paired it with Mosaic which imparts its own beautiful berry and tropical fruit bouquet. We dry-hop all of our Surround Sound DDH DIPA’s at 20g/l for a maximum hop experience! Radio The Mothership

Fruity, bitter hops, berry, mango, peach; a wonderful interplay between the earthy bitterness, the nuanced fruity berry character, and the piney funky tropical depth. Nature of Things is our flagship unfiltered dry cider. This exceptional small-batch cider is made from 100% Ontario grown apples. Nature of Things is a perfect choice for any easy drinking occasion. This super refreshing cider is naturally gluten-free, it is slightly dry, not sweet, and is very crisp and clean.

Circling the Sun

Circling the Sun cider is a tart cherry cider blend made with Ontario Montmorency Cherry juice from the Niagara escarpment, and blended with our Nature of Things cider. The flavour of fresh cherries and orchard grown apples is paired perfectly. The result is a juicy and fresh cider which is extremely well balanced, dry and is an ideal beverage for the summer.

Guava Gose

Pouring a beautiful soft cloudy pink and smelling of a tropical vacation, our Guava Gose is like a sour mashed wheat beer dosed with the largest batch of guava we could get away with. The base Gose has a balanced lemony tartness from the presence of malted wheat, Himalayan pink sea salt and coriander with a flowery bright smoothness from guava. The end result is a perfect balance of tart, sweet, and sour, leaving you refreshed and wanting more.

Raspberry Dry Hopped

Sour IPA

This limited release is a combination of two of our favourite beer elements: sour and hoppy! And we did not hold back on the hops. This brew is dosed with the perfect combination of Amarillo, Ekuanot CRYO, Columbus and El Dorado at a whopping 16g/L, resulting in a stunningly bright citrus character with dank and tropical stone fruit backing notes. The acidity from the souring process makes all of these delicious hops shine.

IPA No. 14 is a massive ripe tropical fruit and citrus bomb, with distinct grapefruit and lime notes. The delicious hop palate in this double IPA was achieved by using a combination of Idaho 7, Citra, and Motueka, some of the most quality and fun hops around, dry hopped at a whopping 20g/l!

Wet Hop 2020

Celebrate the harvest with the freshest hops around! Picked within hours of brewing, local Ontario Chinook hops deliver a huge nose of juicy fruit and grassy mango. A mix of Pilsner and pale wheat give a light, straw-like colour that drinks extremely smooth with a bready malt finish.

Grapefruit and Elderflower

Our newest local release is a fresh take on an IPA, using botanicals for a unique experience that's punchy enough to please hardcore Hop Heads. We used elegant elderflower petals and bright grapefruit peel and paired them with El Dorado and Azacca hops at a dry-hop rate of 16 g/l to impart their delicious citrus and tropical fruit characteristics.

IMPERIAL STOUT AGED IN BOURBON BARRELS W/ COFFEE AND ALMOND MILK When you’re brewing with international beer legends like Mikkeller from Denmark, you’ve got to make something outside of the box! In an homage to their iconic Beer Geek Breakfast series, we brewed a vegan-latte inspired imperial stout. Aged in freshly emptied Kentucky Bourbon Barrels, this brew gets a jolt of caffeine from roasted coffee beans from Detour Coffee, and some smoothness with Almond Milk from Earth’s Own plant based beverage company.

IMPERIAL STOUT AGED IN MAPLE SYRUP BOURBON BARRELS W/ WALNUT These barrels have been through the ringer! They started with bourbon, moved on to maple syrup, and finally they’re finishing off with our delicious Imperial Stout base, brewed in collaboration with the Chicago-based brewery Mikerphone. All those layers are the perfect blend of Americana and Canadiana, finished with an additional dose of that sweet syrup we all love, and toasted walnuts for a classic pairing.

IMPERIAL STOUT AGED IN CANADIAN RYE WHISKEY BARRELS W/ CINNAMON, MARSHMALLOWS, COCOA POWDER, LACTOSE Our pals from Civil Society spend most of their time in the muggy Florida heat. So we wanted to give them a taste of a Canadian winter! We collaborated on a beer inspired by the perfect cold-weather cocktail: Fireball and hot chocolate. This imperial stout is brewed with lots of cinnamon, marshmallows, cacao powder and lactose sugar. After getting aged in Canadian Rye Whiskey barrels for 9 months, this Florida/Canada lovechild is ready to drink!

BALTIC PORTER AGED IN COGNAC BARRELS, W/ PLUMS About 7,000 KM and the Atlantic Ocean separate us from our friends at Brewery from Estonia. But geography doesn’t mean a thing when kindred brewing spirits come together! We put a Baltic Porter base into freshly emptied XO Cognac barrels from France to age for 9 months. After that we added plums to elevate the sweet stone fruit character. This beer exemplifies the beautifully deep, sweet, and rich cognac flavours. Pour a glass and curl up in front of a roaring fire, you fancy f*ck.

Barrel Aged Imperial Porter

A super-charged version of our Imperial Porter. Aged in Kentucky bourbon barrels for over a year, this new beer delivers a smooth combination of rich chocolate flavours from our Imperial porter, married with vanilla and warming alcohol from the barrels. Origin of Darkness – Siren Collab

Sound the alarm – for the first time ever in our Barrel-Aged program, we’re using RUM! Siren Craft Brew from England wanted to create something that exemplified the sweet rich flavours of dark stone fruit, so after 6 months in 10-year-old South American Rum barrels we added Prunes, Raisins and Dates to a Baltic Porter base. Think sticky toffee pudding, like Nan used to make.

Origin of Darkness – Prairie Collab

Our collaborators for this beer – Prairie Artisan Ales out of Oklahoma – are truly Imperial Stout masters. With their arsenal of knowledge and talent at our side, we wanted to tackle something uniquely Canadian. Something with Coffee. Something Crisp. Keeping that in mind we brewed an Imperial Stout with a huge amount of Cacao powder, vanilla wafers, brown & lactose sugar, and freshly ground Detour Coffee. The result should taste familiar, indelible, Canadian. (It’s Coffee Crisp. We’re talking about Coffee Crisp)

Origin of Darkness – CR/AK Collab

Holy Cannoli, did we whip up something delicious with Italian brewery CR/AK. We threw real, bakery-fresh Cannoli and a massive amount of chocolate into the mash of this Imperial Stout. After about a year of aging, the flavours of pastry and chocolate marry perfectly with the deep vanilla and oak of the bourbon barrels. Mamma Mia, delizioso.
