The Brewery

Our taproom is open every day for in-store and curbside pickup. We offer beer, cider, sparkling hard teas, coffee, and merch; sorry, right now we can’t sell gin products at our Hamilton brewery.

CURBSIDE PICKUP

Order through our online shop and choose the “Pick up in store” option at checkout for curbside pickup. Orders are usually ready within 2 hours, give us a call at 289-426-2374 when you arrive and we’ll bring your order out to you.

Discover new music with Audio/Visual. This collaborative series celebrates the intersection of art, music and beer, featuring a record label, four bands and one visual artist. Every three months, the bands, the record label and the artist will switch, making room for continued discovery of emerging music of all genres. Audio/Visual Lager is super refreshing, making it the ideal beer for concerts, green rooms, backyards or wherever you tune in.Audio/Visual is brewed with pilsner malt and brown rice and cold aged for 4 weeks for the most refreshingly clean, and crisp finish possible. We use Wai-iti hops for fresh notes of lime and mandarin citrus to round out this easy drinking lager.

Saint of Circumstance is our go-to, easy drinking, any occasion brew. We started by creating this tasty blonde ale using wheat for its lemony flavour and added Citra, Centennial and Amarillo hops. We took it to a whole new level by adding the zest of seasonal citrus. The result, a remarkably refreshing and balanced citrus blonde ale.

Our ʻRhyme & Reasonʼ Citra Pale Ale showcases the very best hops have to offer, but at only 5.7% abv. It’s far more sessionable than your typical American IPA. The flavour and aroma of Citra, Centennial, Chinook and Simcoe hops prevail without excessive bitterness for maximum drinkability. Malt sweetness in the background complements the hops for a crisp finish that will make you keep going back for more!

Circling the Sun cider is a tart cherry cider blend made with Ontario Montmorency Cherry juice from the Niagara escarpment, and blended with our Nature of Things cider. The flavour of fresh cherries and orchard grown apples is paired perfectly. The result is a juicy and fresh cider which is extremely well balanced, dry and is an ideal beverage for the summer.

We added one of our favourite summer berries to the classic Mojito cocktail and turned it into a cider! Pouring a beautiful soft cloudy pink and smelling of a tropical vacation, our Guava Gose is like a sour mashed wheat beer dosed with the largest batch of guava we could get away with. The base Gose has a balanced lemony tartness from the presence of malted wheat, Himalayan pink sea salt and coriander with a flowery bright smoothness from guava. The end result is a perfect balance of tart, sweet, and sour, leaving you refreshed and wanting more.

It's back!! We are bringing back the overwhelming fan-favourite IPA #5 for the latest instalment in our IPA Series. This DIPA is made with massive amounts of Simcoe and Citra hops, which are bursting with notes of bright grapefruit citrus, juicy tropical mango and passionfruit, with pleasantly dank, piney undertones, and a touch of lactose for sweetness.

We teamed up with our pals from Burdock Brewery for this superbly crushable Kolsch-inspired Kveik Table Beer. Brewed with German malt and hopped exclusively with Tettnanger, one of the four German Noble Hops, Team Tett is super easy drinking, but full of subtle, complex flavour from the Tettnanger hops and KRISPY Kveik yeast. Aromas of soft spices accompany a delicately woven malt and hop balance for maximum sessionability at a light, refreshing 3.2% ABV. Prost!

El Mo’

Tropical flavour meets old school Toronto grit. That unique combo is big part of what's made the El Mocambo one of the city's iconic live music venues. We took that piece of Toronto history and turned it into a sour inspired by a cocktail from the El Mo's early days! El Mo' Sour is full of lime and grapefruit, with subtle notes of coconut for the classic tropical flavours up front, followed by a hint of spice from rye malt (another nod to the El Mo's cocktail) to give you that little punch of grit. Here's hoping it won't be too long before we can all catch a show at the El Mo again!

After the last year, you've probably had enough of getting used to new normals. But don't worry, this is one New Normal you'll actually enjoy! Our latest Toronto small-batch brew is a New England-style Triple IPA loaded with Citra, Galaxy and Nelson hops. We packed this beer with hops in the whirlpool and then added a massive dry hop to give it tons of tropical fruit and citrus aromas and flavours. When we say small batch, we mean it! So jump on this brew before it's gone.

Bourbon Barrel-Aged 2020

That’s right it’s back! A super-charged version of our Imperial Porter, this dark beer was aged in Kentucky bourbon barrels for over a year. It delivers a smooth combination of rich chocolate flavours from our Imperial Porter, married with vanilla and warming alcohol from the barrels. Coming in at 11.5% ABV, in 500ml bottles – this one will warm you up this winter, or cellar it for next year!

IMPERIAL STOUT AGED IN BOURBON BARRELS W/ COFFEE AND ALMOND MILK When you’re brewing with international beer legends like Mikkeller from Denmark, you’ve got to make something outside of the box! In an homage to their iconic Beer Geek Breakfast series, we brewed a vegan-latte inspired imperial stout. Aged in freshly emptied Kentucky Bourbon Barrels, this brew gets a jolt of caffeine from roasted coffee beans from Detour Coffee, and some smoothness with Almond Milk from Earth’s Own plant based beverage company.

IMPERIAL STOUT AGED IN MAPLE SYRUP BOURBON BARRELS W/ WALNUT These barrels have been through the ringer! They started with bourbon, moved on to maple syrup, and finally they’re finishing off with our delicious Imperial Stout base, brewed in collaboration with the Chicago-based brewery Mikerphone. All those layers are the perfect blend of Americana and Canadiana, finished with an additional dose of that sweet syrup we all love, and toasted walnuts for a classic pairing.

IMPERIAL STOUT AGED IN CANADIAN RYE WHISKEY BARRELS W/ CINNAMON, MARSHMALLOWS, COCOA POWDER, LACTOSE Our pals from Civil Society spend most of their time in the muggy Florida heat. So we wanted to give them a taste of a Canadian winter! We collaborated on a beer inspired by the perfect cold-weather cocktail: Fireball and hot chocolate. This imperial stout is brewed with lots of cinnamon, marshmallows, cacao powder and lactose sugar. After getting aged in Canadian Rye Whiskey barrels for 9 months, this Florida/Canada lovechild is ready to drink!

BALTIC PORTER AGED IN COGNAC BARRELS, W/ PLUMS About 7,000 KM and the Atlantic Ocean separate us from our friends at Brewery from Estonia. But geography doesn’t mean a thing when kindred brewing spirits come together! We put a Baltic Porter base into freshly emptied XO Cognac barrels from France to age for 9 months. After that we added plums to elevate the sweet stone fruit character. This beer exemplifies the beautifully deep, sweet, and rich cognac flavours. Pour a glass and curl up in front of a roaring fire, you fancy f*ck.

Origin of Darkness – Siren Collab

Sound the alarm – for the first time ever in our Barrel-Aged program, we’re using RUM! Siren Craft Brew from England wanted to create something that exemplified the sweet rich flavours of dark stone fruit, so after 6 months in 10-year-old South American Rum barrels we added Prunes, Raisins and Dates to a Baltic Porter base. Think sticky toffee pudding, like Nan used to make.
