Are you an energetic and enthusiastic craft beer lover? We’re looking for someone who is passionate, self-motivated and who will foster engaging experiences through our pop up beer garden experiences this Summer! As a Collective Arts Brewing Event Staff Member, you will be the front-line connection to our drinkers. You will be a face and advocate of our portfolio, help to educate our drinkers, be passionate, engaging, memorable and love all things art, music, and craft beverage related.
As a Collective Arts Brewing (CAB) Event Staff Member your role will be to work strategic events throughout the Summer season. You will support the execution of our ‘pop-up’ beer garden experiences which includes the set up and tear down of the bars, responsible & knowledgeable service of all CAB products, inventory management, knowledge sharing of our product lines, assisting customers with their product decisions all while maintaining cleanliness levels and acting as the face of Collective Arts Brewing.

30-40 Hours a Week position.
We’re looking for candidate who have/are:
  • A a smart serve certification
  • Working experience (2+ years) in the beverage service/events industry
  • Previous serving experience in high volume situations
  • Experience participating in large- and small-scale events
  • Creative outlook, passion and enthusiasm for Beer + Art + Music
  • Previous experience in a brand ambassador position is considered an asset
  • Must be a team player
  • Ability to think outside the box
  • Wants to learn and lead
  • Self-directed, reliable
  • Knowledge of the craft beer industry is considered an asset

There are different shift hour availabilities. Please note what hours you would be available for this position. This is a Summer Contract position.
