Role Profile
The role of the Collective Arts Spirits Ambassador & Toronto Key Accounts will be to passionately represent our spirits portfolio from its initial inception. You will be the face and advocate of the Collective Arts Distilling portfolio, help to educate our customers and drinkers. The ideal person is passionate, engaging, and in love all things art, music, and craft spirits related. The Spirits Ambassador will also support as well as attend the planning and execution of in field events, festivals and tastings.
How you will make an impact:
  • Increase volume in our spirits channel
  • Drive customer, key account relationships at both retail and on=premise
  • Educate our customers on the quality award winning spirits that we offer
  • Grow and win new business at both OP and retail throughout the Toronto region
  • Work closely with the Director of Sales to grow the spirits portfolio
A typical day as a Spirits Ambassador includes:
  • Work with and support the sales team across the Toronto market. Includes account evaluations, proposals, presentations and other sales related activities
  • Monitor major trends and provide feedback to the sales leads
  • Lead the development of craft cocktails and food pairings
  • Support communications and public relations with content
  • Develop and maintain effective customer relations and promote the good will of the company
  • Work with sales leadership to establish and achieve volume and distribution objectives, at both retail and OP
  • Develop long-term relationships with key accounts
How your time will be organized:
  • Building the CA Spirits presence in the Toronto market
  • Win Key Accounts at both OP and Retail
  • Work to growing the Spirits portfolio, as our brand evolves
We’re looking for candidates who have/are:
  • Experience in the hospitality industry
  • 2+ years of experience in Spirits Sales in the Toronto area
  • Structured selling experience in a related field or industry is a significant asset
  • Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in marketing, sales, and/or hospitality is an asset
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Valid driver’s license. Must own your own vehicle
  • Commitment to building effective internal/external relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to deliver required results with minimal resources
  • Ability and willingness to work independently
  • Willingness to travel
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
