Orders are a $50 minimum and someone 19+ must be home with an ID to receive.

DOORSTEP DELIVERY FAQ
When will I get my order?
It depends on: 1. Where you live, and 2. When you ordered.
If you live in one of our Express Zones, you’ll get your beer the same day you ordered if you order BEFORE 12PM. If you order AFTER 12PM, you’ll get your beer on our next delivery day (we deliver every day except Sunday). Our delivery window in Express Zones is 3PM – 9PM.
If you DON’T live in an Express Zone, your order will arrive in 3-4 business days. Our courier partner delivers Monday-Friday.

Will I get a notification that the order is on its way?
Express Zones only: Yes! You will receive a text once your order begins its journey to your door, along with a rough ETA, and another text when your driver is about to arrive.
I live outside the Express Zones. How will I know what Day to expect my order?
Once your order has shipped from the brewery, you will receive a Tracking number from CanPar to help you better anticipate your order’s arrival. From there, you can also download the CanPar App that will allow you to manage notification settings and delivery options.
I just got an email saying my beer is on its way, does that mean it will arrive today?
The ‘On its Way’ email is to let you know your beer has left the brewery and begun shipping! You can expect the usual delivery times, outlined on your invoice.
I live in an apartment/condo, will you bring my order right to my door?
To keep everyone as safe as possible and verify ID, we need you to meet our driver in the lobby or at the front door of your building. We can leave your package with a concierge/front desk if you send a picture of your ID to your delivery driver or leave your ID with the person who will be holding on to your package for you.
Will you deliver to a PO Box?
Unfortunately not. We need to verify that you’re 19+ and make sure the beer gets inside so we have to deliver to a house, apartment building, or business.
Why isn’t the shop letting me add gin/cocktails to my cart?
To order any of our gins or sparkling cocktails, you need to order one of our food items found under General Store. Add any of these products to your cart and you’ll be able to add gin products.
Can I change my order before it gets sent out?
Unfortunately, we are unable to alter your order once it is finalized at checkout. This means we cannot add or remove any items once your card has been charged.
Are the deliveries contactless?
Yes, all of our deliveries are completely contactless. If we do need to see ID to verify age, we will ask to do so from a distance or through a window or door.
Do I need to be home to receive my order?
Someone 19+ needs to be home for us to complete the delivery. We can’t leave packages unattended on a porch, deck, back step, in a lobby, etc. We need to make sure it gets inside with someone of legal drinking age.
What if I miss my delivery?
Express Zones: We’ll leave a note for you and your order will be added to the next day’s delivery list.
Non-express zones: CanPar will make two attempts to drop off your order. After the second attempt your order will be held at a smart point for pickup. CanPar will give you details on where your order can be picked up.
