Cocktail Recipe: Bee’s Garden

New Year’s isn’t the only time of year you can pop some bottles! And hey, while you’re at it, pop a bottle of Prosecco and use it to top off this tasty cocktail. In the Bee’s Garden you’ll get a hint of tart lemon, spiciness from our Artisanal Dry Gin and bubbly sweetness from the Prosecco.

1 oz Artisanal Dry Gin⁠⠀
.5 oz Lemoncello⁠⠀
.5 oz Lemon Juice⁠⠀
.5 oz Simple Syrup⁠⠀
2.5 oz Prosecco⁠⠀
Sprig of Thyme (slapped)⁠⠀
Combine all ingredients except for Prosecco in the shaker, and shake over ice. Double strain into a chilled flute glass and top with Prosecco. Garnish with a thyme sprig.⁠
