1.25 oz Rhubarb & Hibiscus Gin
2/3 oz Campari
1.25 oz Dry Vermouth
1 Candied Rhubarb Garnish
Put some springtime sunshine in your glass with a rhubarb twist on a classic Negroni. This bright, floral cocktail only needs 3 ingredients plus garnish!
1. Add all your spirits to your mixing glass, fill with ice and stir well (approximately 45 seconds)
2. Strain over 1 large Ice Cube into Rocks Glass
3. Garnish with Candied Rhubarb.
Don’t have Candied Rhubarb? Don’t fret. Orange or Grapefruit Peel will also go a LONG way here. Cheers!
