Fresh blackberries, tart lime and our spicy-sweet Plum & Blackthorn Gin. This cocktail will get you moving. Meet the Dancing Queen:
2 oz Plum & Blackthorn Gin
1 oz Simple syrup
.75 oz Lime juice
Topped with Prosecco Fresh Rosemary (slapped)
Combine simple syrup and blackberries in shaker and muddle. Add remaining ingredients except for Prosecco in the shaker, and shake over ice. Double strain into a rock’s glass over ice and top with Prosecco. Garnish with fresh rosemary.
