The floral notes of our Rhubarb & Hibiscus gin play perfectly in this cocktail. A hint of St. Germain delivers delicate sweetness while Hibiscus & Rosehip tea amplifies the floral flavour of the gin. (Dry ice not required, but will make you look profesh.)
1.5 oz Rhubarb Hibiscus Gin
.5 oz St Germain
1 oz Hibiscus & Rosehip Tea
Topped with Fever Tree Tonic Water
Combine all ingredients except for tonic in the shaker, and shake over ice. Strain into a rocks glass over ice and top with tonic. Garnish with lemon zest.
