Ingredients
1.5 oz Collective Arts Artisanal Ginā
1/3 oz Aperolā
1/2 oz Lemon Juiceā
1/2 oz Simple Syrupā
1 oz Club Sodaā ā
Another delicious (not to mention beautiful) cocktail created by Monica Carbonell ofĀ Liquid Culture! This easy-to-make drink brings a ton of fruit flavour without being overly sweet. It’s basically the adult version of a Strawberry Lemonade!ā ā
DIRECTIONS:
- In a shaker, combine Gin, Aperol, Lemon andā Simple Syrup.
- Shake and strain over Collins Glassā with ice.
- Top with Club Soda.
- Garnish with a strawberry.
