Collective Arts was founded on two principles, creativity and community. As lovers of all things brewed, we believe that coffee is more than just a morning ritual. It’s the fuel to our creativity and the social lubricant to our community. Our curated coffees celebrate our thirst to connect, share and create.
We’re excited to introduce our first two blends in our new line of coffee! Our curated coffees are available in our online shop and for pickup at our Hamilton and Toronto breweries. Stay tuned for wider availability.
Rite & Ritual is a blend of Brazilian and Colombian coffee beans. A light to medium roast with well balanced sweetness and acidity, it features a rich, bittersweet chocolate backbone followed by notes of sweet toffee and peach cobbler. An elevated, everyday coffee that drinks well on its own or as a latte.

Our first single-origin release is a washed coffee blend of heirloom Ethiopian beans sourced from smallholder farmers in the Arsosala Village in Uraga, Guji. Notes of graham cracker, lemon, freshly toasted whole grain farm loaf along with hints of apple, jasmine and strawberry. Our Single-Origin Series will be celebrating the terroir of a particular country by using responsibly sourced beans from farms in one region.
