Sometimes we just so excited about our new beers we have to release two at the same time! Our brewers have been having some fun experimenting with some unique ingredients and the results are two tasty new IPAs.
Our new Kveik IPA is all about experimentation! We started by using Hornindal Kveik (kuh-vike), a rare Norwegian farmstead yeast known for its tropical flavour and complex aroma. Not to be outdone, the 16g/L dry-hop combo features two unique hops: Sabro and HBC472, an experimental hop with herbal, and vanilla aromas, with a mix of floral and tropical fruit character. The result: a complex IPA with citrus and coconut character, dominant orange, grapefruit and coconut flavours, rounded out with tropical fruit notes.

This limited release is a combination of two of our favourite beer elements: sour and hoppy! And we did not hold back on the hops. This brew is dosed with the perfect combination of Amarillo, Ekuanot CRYO, Columbus and El Dorado at a whopping 16g/L, resulting in a stunningly bright citrus character with dank and tropical stone fruit backing notes. The acidity from the souring process makes all of these delicious hops shine.

Both of these limited-release beers are now available for Doorstep Delivery, at the brewery and at some select Ontario bars.
