1 oz Rhubarb Hibiscus Gin

1/3 oz Grand Marnier

1.5 oz Saint of Circumstance Citrus Blonde Ale

2 dashes Rhubarb Bitters

Sometimes our beer and distilling worlds combine! The terrific Monica Carbonell of Liquid Culture created this cocktail recipe for us using our Rhubarb & Hibiscus Gin and our Saint of Circumstance Citrus Blonde Ale. This drink is as tasty as it is gorgeous!


  1. In a shaker, add Rhubarb Hibiscus Gin, Grand Marnier and bitters.
  2. Fill with ice and give this a short shake before straining into Old Fashioned Glass with 1 large ice cube.
  3. Top with Saint of Circumstance
  4. Garnish with candied rhubarb or rhubarb ribbons.
