Natalie Very B

Natalie Very B. is an illustrator, muralist, and educator of Polish-Canadian decent. Her work is devoted to depicting women of all shapes and sizes as beautiful, empowered, and strong.

The spirit of feminism is an essential element of all of her paintings. Natalie is passionate about facilitating art workshops with strong focus on the therapeutic aspect of creative expression. Her goal as an artist is one of changing preconceived notions of feminism and promoting self-love and body positivity in the world.

We’ve worked with Natalie many times over the years. She’s been featured on our beer cans, glassware and t-shirts.

This year we we’re thrilled to team up with Natalie for International Women’s Day. She hosted a workshop on body-positive self-portraiture at the brewery and her work was featured on special-edition t-shirts and cans of our IWD limited-release beer, Loud and Clear Tart Cherry Stout.

ABOUT THE RESIDENT ARTIST PROGRAM

Art connects us. The Collective Arts Resident Artist Program invites artists to collaborate with us in their home cities to create art, build community, and inspire creativity on a global scale. Our Resident Artist Program looks to create paying opportunities for artists, document and promote the process, and build lasting relationships in arts communities around the globe. We believe that the more creativity there is in the world, the better, and we’d like to introduce you to the people behind this creative movement. Follow along and meet the artists that we work with, their influences and the environmental inspirations behind their work.
