New Collective Projects: Sour Pumpkin Saison & Wet Hop Wheat Ale

If you’re not familiar with our Collective Projects, we like to describe them as a liquid jam session where the brewers at Collective Arts let theirĀ imaginations run wild. They create limited, single-batch craft beers, showcasing their brewing chops andĀ elevating the art of craft brewing. We’ve got a couple brews on deck and it’s about time we tell you about them.

Sour Pumpkin Saison

A Belgian farmhouse saison brewed with freshly roasted pumpkins (done in house) and spices to celebrate the fall harvest. A tart and spiced nose is followed by subtle yet distinct notes of of pumpkin pie. This fall brew will be available at the bottle shop, LCBO and in select grocery stores beginning the week of September 19th.

Wet Hop Wheat Ale

A Wet Hopped, North American style wheat beer, made with Canadian malts and hops. Chinook and Perle wet hops from outside Collingwood Ontario bring light tasting notes of floral and citrus. This our first ever wet hopped beer, and we’re pretty excited about this one! Join us at the Bottle Shop for a special release party Sept. 30 and find it at select grocery stores, bars and restaurants beginning in October!
