Cascade Brewing X Collective Arts Origin Of Darkness Oak Barrel Aged Sour Stout Conditioned On Ontario Peaches

This Imperial Stout is aged in local Niagara red wine oak barrels with mixed cultured yeast and bacteria for over a year, we then conditioned it on freshly harvested, locally grown, juicy Niagara

peaches. The result is a marriage of dark chocolate and light roast flavours from the stout mixed with juicy peaches, finished with a bright acidity, which complements the body of the stout, without overwhelming it.

Stay tuned for more seasonal releases…!
