The Collective Arts Beer Club is an exclusive membership for those brave souls who aspire towards adventure and mystery... where you will receive exclusive access to a bi-monthly, curated selection of thoughtfully brewed beers - delivered right to your door!

These carefully crafted boxes host a selection of at least 12 of our best beverages. Each box will include a minimum of one beer brewed exclusively for beer club members, along with a rotating roster of core favourites, new releases, and a few hand-picked bevs our team thinks you will appreciate! Beer club members also receive limited-edition merch, exclusive discounts and 12 free pints per year in our taprooms.
- Beer Club boxes are delivered bi-monthly (Every other month; February, April, June etc.)

FAQ
When will my Collective Arts Beer Club box arrive?
Boxes are delivered every other month (February, then April, then June etc). We will email you with specifics before each delivery and you will also receive text message updates on the day of your delivery.
When will I be billed?
Collective Arts Beer Club members will be billed $89.95 shortly before your bi-monthly box arrives. Billing only occurs in months where a box is being delivered.
I’m moving out of an Express Zone, can you deliver the box to my new address?
Unfortunately, the Collective Arts Beer Club is only available to addresses located in our Express and Next-Day Delivery Zones for the time being.
Why is there a small charge and refund on my credit card when I used a Giftcard to pay for my original subscription purchase?
The app we use to facilitate the subscription payments charges, then refunds a small payment amount in order to ensure the card on file is legitimate and not expired.
Does someone 19+ have to be home to sign for the deliveries?
Just like any Collective Arts direct-to-home delivery, someone 19+ will need to be available to accept the delivery since legally we cannot leave packages that contain alcohol unattended or with a minor. Please ensure they have a valid piece of ID to confirm their age and identity.
What kind of beers will I receive? Do I have any choices?
Part of the allure of the Collective Arts Beer Club is the mystery contained within each box; no two bi-monthly boxes will ever be the same! That being said, we can guarantee the same structure of each box. Every box will contain at least 12 beverages including exclusively brewed beers, rotating core beers, new release/limited beers, and some hand-picked beverages which could also include cocktails, non-alcoholic beverages, or anything else we're experimenting with!
Each Beer Club member will receive the same box and we are unable to accommodate box customization at this time.
Didn't you mention discounts and free pints?
Yes! All active Beer Club members receive an automatic 10% discount on any order placed through our online store. Just use the same email you use to sign up for Beer Club at checkout and the discount will be applied automatically. You'll also receive two cards you can use in our Hamilton or Toronto taprooms: a membership card you can show for 10% off to-go purchases and a punch card that's good for 12 free in-house pints! All discounts and perks are good for as long as you're a member.
What if something is damaged/broken in my box?
Though we take great care in delivering any and all of our orders, accidents can happen on the road or due to cold weather. If you receive a box with damaged or broken goods, please email us (doorstepdelivery@collectiveartsbrewing.com) or contact a team member through the online store's chat icon. We will replace what we can, and refund what we cannot.
Why is there a limited number of Beer Club openings?
Great question! Just to give you a peak behind the curtain of craft brewing, our tanks can only hold so much beer per batch. We therefore have to limit the number of Beer Club members to ensure that we have enough exclusively brewed beer for each member.
What if I would like to cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your Collective Arts Beer Club membership anytime. Your subscription can be cancelled through your Collective Arts online store account, by emailing us, or contacting us through the online store's chat icon. Due to the club’s limited capacity, there is no guarantee when an opening will be available in the future if you wish to rejoin.
Can I customize how often the box is ordered? i.e. every month or every 3 months?
It’ll come as no surprise to craft beer fans that brewing great craft beer is a complex and lengthy process. We chose the bi-monthly Beer Club format in order to give us adequate time to produce a unique and exclusive beer for our members. Because of this, we have to stick to our rigid 2 month schedule.
